Blox City Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blox City (the “Game”), the Blox City website, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Play Blox City (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

Blox City is intended for players aged 13 years or older.

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable in your country.

2. Your Account

If the Services require an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information where requested.
  • You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or give your account to another person.
  • You may not access another player’s account without permission.

We may require additional verification before restoring or recovering an account.

3. Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Blox City solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This licence does not transfer ownership of the Game or any part of the Services to you.

4. Player Rules

When using the Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Cheat or exploit the Game.
  • Use bots, macros, scripts, automation software or modified clients.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Attempt to hack, attack or interfere with our servers or infrastructure.
  • Circumvent security or anti-cheat measures.
  • Abuse bugs, glitches or unintended mechanics.
  • Duplicate, generate or manipulate Bling or virtual items through exploits.
  • Use third-party software that gives an unfair advantage.
  • Share exploits with other players.
  • Disrupt gameplay for others.
  • Harass, threaten, bully or abuse other players.
  • Impersonate staff or another player.
  • Pretend to represent Play Blox City.
  • Use offensive, illegal, hateful or discriminatory names or content.
  • Spam or flood any communication features.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
  • Distribute malware or harmful software.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
  • Sell, trade or advertise accounts, Bling or virtual items for real-world money unless expressly authorised by us.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Services in any way.

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether conduct violates these Terms.

5. Bling and Virtual Items

Blox City includes a virtual currency known as Bling.

Bling:

  • has no cash value;
  • cannot be redeemed for money;
  • is not a bank account or stored value account;
  • does not constitute personal property;
  • may only be used within Blox City.

Virtual items obtained using Bling are licences to use those items within the Game only.

We may:

  • add, remove or modify Bling;
  • adjust prices;
  • rebalance the in-game economy;
  • modify or remove virtual items;
  • reset Bling balances where necessary to address exploits, technical issues or game balance.

Unless required by law, we are not required to compensate players for changes involving Bling or virtual items.

6. Ownership

The Services and all associated intellectual property are owned by Play Blox City or our licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • software;
  • source code;
  • artwork;
  • graphics;
  • music;
  • sound effects;
  • animations;
  • maps;
  • game mechanics;
  • logos;
  • trademarks;
  • text;
  • databases;
  • characters;
  • designs;
  • virtual items;
  • Bling.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Updates and Changes

We may, at any time and without prior notice:

  • update the Game;
  • change gameplay;
  • add or remove features;
  • rebalance mechanics;
  • change progression systems;
  • modify rewards;
  • alter or remove content;
  • perform maintenance;
  • discontinue any feature or the entire Service.

Some updates may be required for continued access.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, compromised the integrity or security of the Services, or where necessary to protect other players or the operation of the Game.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts for inactivity, technical reasons, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Following suspension or termination, you may lose access to your account, Bling, virtual items and game progress.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available.

The Services may experience:

  • outages;
  • maintenance;
  • interruptions;
  • bugs;
  • errors;
  • delays;
  • data loss.

We may discontinue the Services permanently at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from bugs, or that any defects will be corrected within a particular timeframe.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Blox City and its owners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

You acknowledge that online games may contain bugs, downtime, balancing changes and technical issues, and you use the Services at your own risk.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including Google Play and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, content or policies of third-party services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Play Blox City may investigate suspected violations of these Terms, cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, and take any action reasonably necessary to protect the Services, our players, and our business.
